Fixing :

1. Add di table PCMWFCUSTPARAM : WFBNLOANMAXPLAFTENOR
2. Create table fisik : MAKSLOANPLAFOND
3. Isi table MAKSLOANPLAFOND
4. Create function SQL : GetDateDiffBulan , GetDateDiffTahun
5. Update UI - app - controller - masterdata - loan : ctrlloan.js
