kalau ini message nya, coba cek dl apa employee ini udah pernah di running payroll belum? liat payroll result nya. kalau sudha ada maka memang employee ini tidak boleh di delete.
Yang boleh di delete hanya employee yg belum pernah di running payroll.

Kecuali kalau belum pernah d running cm muncul message ini, itu baru oerlu di fixing
