ESS PMS untuk kalau Posisi yg IsHead 1 harusnya Bobotnya 70 - 30
Description
Dear Azid,
Untuk karyawan yang berposisi Pemimpin (IsHead=1), harusnya bobot KPI Weight dan Competency Weight nya adalah 70 - 30.
Saat ini yang saya coba EmployeeID 00000017 untuk periode November - Desember 2024 dia posisinya pemimpin (IsHead=1), tapi bobot KPI Weight dan Competency Weight nya masih 80 - 20 (seperti di foto yang saya attach di bawah). Harusnya 70 - 30.
Tolong diperbaiki ya.
