Report ini menampilkan dari dokument sales retail order/ doctype SLRT yang statusnya Closed
*No adalah sequence
*Sales Date dari field Order date
*Salesman ID dari field user id
*Sales ID dari field Doc No
*Material ID dari field nama barang
*Total Amount adalah akumulasi total amount semua material/ jumlah amount transaksi pada dokumen tersebut
*Insentif adalah 2.5% dari Total Amount
