Dear Mba Yooma,

Case employee Id yang tergenerate di Perta Life belum sesuai dengan formatting employee ID yang sehrusnya tergenerate berdasarkan payroll grup & employee sub Type.

Berikut ini Catatan generate employee ID di Perta Life Insurance :

1. Payroll Group BoD & employee SubType = Direktur Utama & Direktur
contoh:
00390719
----artinya
0039 = urutan employee yang dihiring di payroll grup BoD
07 = bulan hiring juli
19 = tahun hiring 2019

2. Payroll Group BoC & employee SubType = Anggota Dewan Komisaris
contoh:
00160013
------
0016 = Kode employee as Komisaris & subtype: Anggota Dewan Komisaris
0013 = urutan hiring (employee ke 13 yang dihiring di grup BoC as Anggota Dewan Komisaris)

3. Payroll Group BoC & employee SubType = General, Komisaris Utama, Komisaris & Komisaris Independen
contoh:
00460000
-----
0046 = urutan hiring (employee ke 46 yang dihiring di grup BoC dengan employee subtype general/komisaris)
0000 = Kode employee BoC dengan employee subtype General, Komisaris Utama, Komisaris & Komisaris Independen

4. Payroll Group Permanent & others

0836 = urutuan employee yang dihiring di payroll grup Permanent & payroll Group selain BoC & BoD
05 = bulan hiring mei
15 = tahun hiring 2015
